I believe this could be the case, but I'd also say that Agora's  
relation to
other nomics generally is very calm and reaosnable unless strongly  
provoked.

Anyway, I'm not sure it could force people to change B's game state.  
I'm not
sure. Anyone want to CFJ on it in Agora?

BTW for the record I like this proposal.
