Fixing a very low probability state: If I was Promotor a long time ago, and
have since forgotten that I ever played Agora before I joined about a week
ago (and all the reports failing to list me are incorrect and the
self-ratification rule doesn't apply to them because it was not legally
passed), then I resign Promotor, naming X as my successor, unless ehird is
currently known as X, in which case I name Murphy.
