As far as I can tell, we're still PLAYING even during an emergency. In fact,
I find this to be quite a fun part of the gameplay.

So I request that Emergency Coordinator j intend to increase the Pause

But I agree that five days aren't necessary to submit RPs and support (in
the common English sense of the word, not the B Nomic sense) your
suggestion.
