Alright, so first of all I transferred all my mack to VFS two ndays ago. The
MoS page hasn't been updated in a while. However I am still holding the
socks in question.

Now, you can't just take them automatically by amending a contract to say
that "Charles must give me all his stuff", but Rule 4E70 gives you a remedy
if I don't, it says "A Player may submit a Consultation indicating that a
specified Legal Entity who is bound by a specified Contract has failed
(through either action or inaction) to fulfill the obligations and/or
requirements bestowed on them by that Contract. If the Priest of the
Consultation finds that specified Legal Entity did indeed violate the
Contract in question, they shall submit an Oracularity which endeavors to
equitably rectify the breach." Now, I am no longer bound by the contract
since you repealed it, but if you feel you still have an enforcible claim
against me since I failed to give you my socks in the 30 minutes between
your first effective transaction and your second one (destroying the
contract), feel free to submit a consultation to that effect (I'd suggest
making me Unbeliever). In my defense, my failure to fulfill the terms of the
contract was not willful as I was not online during that time and had no way
of being aware of that requirement.
