A few minor complaints: The last sentence is unnecessary: rule 9-10 says "When a body of text describes a property of an object or an activated ability, the following conventions apply unless stated otherwise:" and then lists a bunch of conventions including the one you state here. I think you should only be able to claim one per period, because that way if there are a few that work really well together one person can't just grab them all and become invincible. Either that, or it should be harder to get the one you want.
