-If I had a nickel for every time someone suggested C or D Nomic, I'd have about 35 cents right now. Look, the game is dead, long live the game. That said, I'm very much in favor of ignoring the glitch, fixing the glitch, and moving on. Hey, if Dave can't recognize anything anyway, he can't recognize the death of B Nomic.-

Well, okay, you want to get picky, B Nomic is still a game but nobody who is a player can do anything, including take any action, so our activity will tick slowly down until we are all garbage collected.

Upon further consideration, I've realized that in fact I was wrong. The only actions that are banned are those relating to:
PGo
The Galactic Institute's Prize for Extreme Cleverness
The Cactus Jack Memorial Prizes
Societal Underwriting
Stylistics
Cards

Every other rule comes earlier in the ruleset than the Eclair rule, and so takes precedence over it.

I'm still gonna propose to remove the action bit.

I also still oppose the Eclair bit. One could argue that objects such as Posts to the Public Forum and the Letter "M" are equivalent to each other, as both are referenced by the rules yet neither are defined by them. Thus, they're both equivalent to Chocolate Eclairs, and thus to each other.

I eat the letter M. Mmmmmm.... Emmy...

For that matter, the rules never specifically define "Administrator", or "the game". So Dave is the game, and I eat them both.
