By my argument, none of these are banned either. If they were banned, referencing would be too, and then nothing could be referenced anyway. I don't know if anyone's noticed this, but eating or smearing an object doesn't actually remove it. So we can eat all the objects we want, multiple times, and nothing at all happens.
