I'm sorry, but you really picked the worst possible time to do this, at 
least from my perspective, anyway.  1/2 of the things you're removing are 
things that I am trying to rework in the next batch of Races props(sometimes 
very radically, as in the case of death), 1/2 of them I'd like to make 
functional again in the future (football, for example), and 1/2 of them I 
just happen to like.

Well, here's my thoughts.  Like I said, 1/2 of it is personal stuff, but 
some of these things I would like to see revived.

I like the concept.

Don't care for it either way.

As it stands, it can go.  It seems like a system that was never fully built.

But it's a historical landmark!  Though truly, I don't care too much for it 
now, and it does go unused.  So much potential, though.

I've looked up the proposal that created this rule and... man, that's 
strange.  I don't see much point in keeping this rule, though, regardless of 
source.

This is something I happen to like, a lot.  I think the reason it goes 
unused, is the general lack of Athames.  Due in part to their failure to 
rain upon the grid, which is due in part to Dave missing that one of about 
100 things he has to do each nweek.

Like I said in response to an earlier post, I'd like to set this up on a 
seperate grid, with the players acting as managers.  Whether we'll have 
brackets with two players per game, or if everyone will throw their teams 
together in one big mess, remains to be seen.

Which I just happened to have done.  Except without having to repeal the 
rule.  *sigh*  Things can still work, but this stuff certainly isn't making 
it easier.

Another thing that I like, and I think may have more use in future.

Of course, any of this stuff could be brought back in a better form at a 
later date, but I'd rather have it be an evolution of concepts rather than 
destroying something and coming back to the ruins afterwards.
