Yes, I thought briefly about that.  But this Proposal leaves many things 
untouched, and the majority of rules changed function pretty much the way 
they did before.  Creating a new Nomic would result in having to get more 
players, and this Nomic is already quite interesting.  I am mostly just 
clarifying things.
