I don't know how you're keeping track of votes at the moment, but if you're automating the counting at all (well, even if you're not ;-)), it'd be nice to see results looking something like:

P523 - passed
For - 3 (uin, Wonko, Rob)
Against - 2 (Baron von Skippy, gritter)

Which would add a level of error checking ("Hey! That's not how I voted!"), as well as meaning you don't need to worry about forgetting to publicise private votes. And it would mean I could hand out my bribes more easily. It might even encourage people to vote privately, thus encouraging our holy grail of bandwidth reduction.

Now that I think about it, though, I do seem to recall you saying something about counting votes on paper(!), so this probably won't be practical.
