I have only one response to those proposals.

It wasn't all that fun when A Nomic ran out of money, especially on top
of the fact that with the extra bookkeeping nobody knew how many points
anyone had. Those proposals are _eerily_ similar to what started that
situation in A Nomic.

Anyway, even though I am going to vote against all of your proposals -
