Prior to nday 9:
I amend my “Everybody’s a Player” proposal.
Codae submits proposal “Sun and Moon”, which I number 1-15.

At the beginning of nday 9, all Submitted proposals become Open for voting. See the ballot below.

Wild Card submits the proposal “United Colours of B”, and while I’m guessing it was intended for this nweek, the earliest timestamp in the message headers is 22 seconds after midnight UTC, so it’s submitted after proposals become Open for this nweek, so it won’t become Open until next nweek. (I’m not entirely sure which header counts as “reaching the appropriate fora” per Rule 1-9, but in this case it doesn’t matter as they are all the same nday.) I number it 2-1.
