I submit the following Proposal:

Create a new rule titled "The Parting of the Ways":

The B Nomic governed by these rules may not be the only one!  A valid attempt
to cause a retroactive change to the gamestate is resolved by creating a new
instance of B Nomic in which the change is treated as having occurred at the
specified time, leaving this instance unaffected.  Instances of B Nomic are
known as B's.

Create a new rule titled "Doomsday":

A sane B' is an instance of B Nomic which started play in 2015 and which has a
working process allowing player consensus to resolve constitutional crises.

If an effect, combined with any largely identical effects occurring in other
sane B's, would, if not for this rule, cause all sane B's to be destroyed or to
cease to be sane, it does not occur.  This rule takes precedence over all rules
that do not explicitly claim precedence over it.

Create a new rule titled "Journey's End":

If a proposal in another sane B' causes it to end, and its author is a player
in this B', e receives 20 points.
