Also: the Staff of ZOT is not there for you to keep Consultations from getting decided just because you don't like one of the favored answers. If they're uncontroversial, there's no point in calling them (and thus ZOTting is appropriate); if they are controversial, then naturally you're going to think one of the possible answers is silly. The fact that others disagree with you is not a reason to ZOT a Consultation.
