B. The following exchanges are possible and may be performed by any player
at any time unless stated otherwise elsewhere:
alpha BNS <-> 5 Shekels
beta Shekels <-> 7 Subers
gamma Subers <-> 9 Sibilants
where alpha starts out at 7, beta starts out at 3, and gamma starts out at
6.

C. At the beginning of each nweek, (1d3)-2 is rolled separately for alpha,
beta, and gamma, and added to each.
