[Spoon-business] The long-awaited Number Guessing Fix

Sorry I didn't change this last week-last week was crazy for me and I
didn't attend to Nomic.

I change proposal 1206 to the following:

Create a rule:

__Number Guessing__
A. The Number Game may be in one of two states: Solved or Unsolved.
B. If the Number Game is ever Solved, the Administrator picks 5 integers
between -10 and 10 inclusive to be the 5 Number Coordinates and sets the
state of the Number Game to Unsolved.
C. A player may Guess the Numbers by posting to a public forum 5 integers
if the state of the Number Game is Unsolved.
The Administrator then responds publicly with the Euclidean distance
between the point in 5-dimensional space specified by the player's
coordinates and the point specified by the Number Coordinates. If the
distance does not equal 0, the player loses 4 points. If the distance does
equal 0, the player gains 30 points and the state of the Number Game is
set to Solved.
