Ok, that's everyone. Since no one took control of Cyrenaica, its corps does not deploy and Turkey loses no political points for the declaration of war (or regains the one it lost, if we're counting it that way).

Thus ends the Political Phase for this month. Spain may now take its Reinforcement Phase.
