With 9 attacking factors this should see the end of that one point garrison, so Silistra falls. Net political point changes for Russian and Turkish phases should see Russia unchanged (-1 point in naval phase and +1 point in land) and Turkey up 1 (+1 Naval, -1 Russian Land, +1 Turkish Land since Silistra was fortified)

In the future the attack rolls should not accompany the breach rolls as that garrison would have surrendered rather than fought since I already know the strength of the attacking corps and that my defenders could not win or inflict losses.
