    Thanks for helping me resolve my concerns about resolving battles with
escrow+pbm.  I think you (Mike, Joel, and JJ) have all found acceptable
solutions to my worries about the use of Outflank.  Mike and Joel make good
points about withdrawals, though.  However, I think this is a small price to
pay for the convenience of the escrow+pbm system.
    So, in conclusion, our general procedure for conducting battles will be
as follows (unless the players involved make other arrangements):

1.  Establish an escrow for chit choice.
2.  If choosing Outflank, list the corps that make up the pinning force and
the corps that make up the flanking force.
3.  Once chits have been revealed and withdrawals have been resolved, reveal
the exact compositions of the pinning and flanking forces (if necessary).

Pretty simple.  Am I missing anything?
