As far as I can see, teucer was not a player before this message. Nothing made spoon-business automatically into a public forum and it was impossible to register without a public forum. 

The other option would have been for me, as sole player, to submit a proposal in the first nomic to make spoon-business public, but that would have made for a pretty boring first nweek.
