This is a good faith document designed to thwart one of the more obvious 
abuses of the game. The contract itself apparently needs a Good Faith 
clause so folks can trust there's no trickery behind it.

Agreed, but at our current rate we're due 3 more emergencies before 
proposal voting phase.
