Depends if the Ministries were destroyed at the start of nweek 152 or not,
and on whether or not j successfully turned the clock on, that first time. I
think there's at least one consultation that adresses this, but we've
probably managed to not ponder it yet. Other than possible ministry
destruction, there is also the issue that I think a lot of the incumbent
Ministers who retained their post at election vacated it at the beginning of
152 in the context of the ministry shuffle (e.g. me with Fauna). That was
probably before the clock got turned on for sure, but after the clock got
turned on maybe...
