In this case, I think only the external compulsion should be
invalidated, and the contract as a whole should stand. For example,
if I were to create a contract along the lines of:
{This is the Articles of Incorporation for Example Corp. The officer
of Example is Pavitra. Within a jiffy after this corporation comes
into existence, Pavitra and teucer are each obligated to transfer m5
to comex.}
then this should be binding on me but not you.
Or, y'know, maybe not.
