Interesting. I say we attempt a tweak that, for the voting period ending this nweek, does the following: * Passes any failed proposals that would have passed if everyone's VP was 1. * Undo any changes by passed proposals that would have failed if everyone's VP was 1. * Declares the current state of the game as "correct".
