Speaking of which, should we get rid of the use of {{ }} and [[ ]] (only the latter of which is still even mentioned in the rules) which were adopted before B was using mediawiki and are responsible for all the use of pre tags? There's really no reason for proposals to be fixed width; it's just done to avoid the need to manually wrap bits of proposal text in nowiki tags. Of course, if I ever get my Minister of Change Bot working right we can get rid of the need to do any of it manually and the issue would be moot.
