Doh! I wish I had known that existed. That makes things so much
easier. I guess I should have asked first but I was trying to be bold!
I'll go back and change it to the way that it was since that is the
straightforward method. Did you write Special:Concat as well? Can it
put a TOC at the top?

If you don't like the floating, I'll change that back if you haven't
done it already.

When I go back and rechange it to the way it was before, I'll probably
add another category for nweek (e.g., Proposals/nweek/134).
