I consider the AFO to be a Player, but not Agora's Child.  The AFO is not Agora's Child, and thus cannot register Agora's Child.  However, the AFO (not pikhq) declared the AFO's intent to join, and thus I consider the AFO to be a valid Player.

I flip a coin.

The coin lands "tails."

I lose, and cease to be a Player.

I declare my intent to join FlipperNomic.

I flip a coin.
 
The coin lands "heads."
 
I win, and cease to be a Player.
 
I declare my intent to join FlipperNomic.

Yippee.

The term "person" is not defined in the rules. I dispute your claim to 
personhood.
