So, is the short conclusion of this that, short of player infiltration or,
ahem, extra-legal activities (potentially of dubious legality in both nomic-
and real-world terms), the only really effective way of holding a "war"
between two nomics would be for each participant to deliberately build
provisions into its own ruleset that allow for the other nomic to attack
somehow?
