Nice, you all bring up some good ideas. I'm alright with computers and some basic programming but not to the point I can think how to do this off the top of my head. Thus I don't know what precise modalities to build into this rule and how it would all go down, and seeing as I likely don't have time to find out and resubmit in the next hmmm, 4 minutes before Ballotday :-D I will wait till next nweek to submit something similar and workable. Would anyone volunteer to write up/run a script once we agree on how this rule is to work?
