Spot on, Geoffrey. It would also enforce a 4 nday delay on legitimate
requests. Not very newcomer friendly, as when I sign up for a game it tends
to be because I want to play. Now. Many people won't want to wait around for
4 days before getting to do anything, just to make sure everyone is OK with
them playing.
