Sounds good so far,. But in addition to correcting surrounding words, the
Minister of Law also needs to be given more latitude with regards to pronoun
replacement ;-)

e.g. from rule 1-4 on joining and leaving : The Minister of Society, also
known as the Registrar, is responsible for maintaining a Public Display of
the current Players and Factions and eir Attributes and Properties, as well
as a Public Display of the current Public and Discussion Fora.

Replacing eir with his gives ... Public Display of the current Players and
Factions and his Attributes ...
