I confess to stitching you up a little Peter - although I *did* make
the censure a light one, and hopefully you feel that you have enough
powers to get rid of the role if you don't want to take it on.

If you declare an election for the wobbly hat of justice (as opposed
to the oracular hat of ... oracleness) I'll feel honour-bound to
nominate myself.

Although I must admit I'm a little worried whether I have enough free
time to do the post justice...

The rule says "To post a notification to the public forum no earlier
than nday 9 and no later than nday 2" - IOW It doesn't say that nday 2
and nday 9 are in the same nweek.

The only way this is possible is if you assume that nday 2 is in the
following week.  Which is, incidentally, what I meant.... ::grin::
