There is precedent of Ministers having powers. The Jedi Lord, for  
instance, got instant promotion to the highest Force Level. I believe  
we regarded it as a form of pay, and indeed the ministerial salary  
can be decreased if the ministry carries additional powers.

Joel has a dice roller that we used to use to guarantee impartiality.

No need to change the spelling, e defines the word "sensure" in the  
next section :D

At one point, spivak pronouns were conventional ('e' may resign from  
the post).

Most of the rules probably won't refer to the post, though. There may  
just be a single rule that says "the post holder of X is responsible  
for tracking the following things: ...".

I agree. Plurality voting tends to make people sad.

Why use single people, btw? Why not allow committees?
