May I please request that responses to a message go at the end of it, 
rather than the top? It makes following the flow of conversation in a 
discussion like this far easier for those of us who may be coming in in 
the middle? One or the other is fine - though I prefer bottom-posting to 
top-posting - but with some people doing one and some the other it's 
rapidly becoming impossible to follow...

...and yes, I hate that my first email is like this, too.
