I think you're wrong there. Before I joined the game I was following
the threads for a month or so, and IIRC, there was a CFI that took
place in May. I think Wonko posted a lengthy opinion on the matter.
The rules on CFI's have changed since then, I believe, so it may be
useful to excercise them now.
