Making s-d a semi-public (protected?) forum would solve both problems, in
fact - my main motivation for making the retroactive clause was the fear
that a player communicating privately with another would jokingly say
something that the other player would then recognize and force them into
doing.

I'll fix that later tonight.

BTW, speaking of prop fixes, p140 (Inundatron, by Eugene) will have no
effect as it currently stands, because it attempts to define the Gibberish
Word without setting a new one.
