Maybe the watch could be used for really cool (and quite long) delays? Although
most people will have forgotten the effect by the time the watch hits it.

When the watch hits wweek X, wweek Y then the player who remembers this rule
and posts to the forum gets 100 points?


And Glotmorf, I kinda like the Writs of Delay. I suppose it shows that someone
is on the case and actually cares what they are doing. And I do agree that
having as long as is neccessary - especially with Dave running the whole
Admin thing.
