It is one of your proposals, under the most recent modification to proposals; before then, this wouldn't have worked anyway - unauthored props were immune to anything that let players cast more than one vote. I think they still are, though I could be wrong.
Proposal 1752/0: Quote Prop by Zarpint (Zarpint)Shelve. I'll vote Yes if the Minister of Quotes promises to include the delimiters.
I don't think I'm legally allowed to... the book is a bunch of things said by B Nomic Players. I suppose you could now quote Zarpint quoting SkArcher, and then I could put that in...
