I already have a remailer that holds messages until it gets responses from 
a set group of addresses. It wouldn't be hard to modify it to allow 
releasing what it has after some time has elapsed. I'll see about doing 
that this weekend. It shouldn't take long. If I don't mention that I've 
done it by Monday, bug me again.
