You found the hole, however unwittingly; but I suppose if you don't 
claim it, then the Baron's taking it wasn't Hostile.

They're a lot like Nobility titles. Just in T-Shirt form. A couple 
people have them. In fact, T-Shirts would be much better than titles as 
a tool for rewarding people who tried to scam and failed than titles 
("I Lorded Over the Failure Scam, and all I got was this stupid 
T-Shirt!").
