I've seen such tactics used before, and it's my opinion that that's 
quite a cop-out; the point of the game is to lead to interesting 
logical conundrums; ignoring them is to negate the purpose of the game.

Not to mention the combined effects of allowing this through and being 
able to cite precedent for a CFI ruling.
