I think the confusion is in the line, "A speeder's integrity can be 
repaired by WBE at a cost of 10 BNS and 5 RUs per point of integrity."; 
that could mean that if i want repairs, I give WBE 10 BNS and 5 RUs; it 
could mean that, like other upgrades, I give WBE 10 BNS and WBE loses 5 
RUs to... something...; it could mean that WBE must pay 10 BNS and 5 
RUs to said something in order to repair; it could mean that 10 random 
BNS and 5 random RUs are destroyed every time WBE does repairs...
