Simplest way to do this would be for the internomic to
have its own ruleset, with extremely separable rules,
that the individual nomics could acknowledge by
reference in their own rulesets on a piecemeal basis.

I still say separate grids.  They can belong to the
internomic, or we can have *gasp* societies at the
internomic level...:)
