Ah...and this is why you chose r10, because it already claims to have precedence over all other rules. One could claim that r10 itself prevents your action, since your proposal is seeking to temporarily circumvent r1219, but the paragraph you add comes after the main text and therefore takes precedence over it. Well, that's easy enough to fix, though I'd hoped to not have to do what I'm about to do with Chutzpah...
