I could have appealed eir decision when I thought it was against me, but I didn't, because I thought it would quite possibly wind up in my hands to decide, and I thought that would be cheap. I could have put something to the effect that the Baron didn't win in my refresh prop, just as others have said that e did win, but I thought that would be petty. Over and above a circumvention of the due process I talked about before. The guy made a decision. E made it of eir own free will, having considered the issues. I was prepared to let it go at that. I think it's as wrong to try to browbeat em into changing eir mind as it is to take away someone's duly deserved win. That I don't think the Baron's win was duly deserved is beside the point. We have a judicial process, and it was used. We have an appeal process, and it's available. While I'm in the Upper House, the Baron is also, so the decision will probably come down to the opinion of whoever the third member is. So appeal the decision if you want to. But leave it out of the refresh props, and leave Lord Gregarian alone.
