I'm not gonna put out an entire revised version of my proposed society fix, 
but yeah, I forgot to put in the part that says "Societies perform legal 
actions when their Charter states they do", and various related errata.  So 
imagine it' in there for now.  Thanks to Glotmorf for pointing out my lapse. 
 Imagine it's in there somewhere when you read it.
