You're kidding, right?

Unless/until there's a Grid minister -- and I'm more than a little fuzzy
on how the relevant elections rules work, so I'm hoping someone can
explain it all to me in small words -- I'm gonna have to pass on this one.

Not to mention the fact that it's raining something-or-other 90% of the
time. This is the Grid, not Seattle. :-)

Other quirks: "Toads" should probably require that the random player being
Toaded be on the Grid... "Men" should specify precedence over the gender
rules; "Men" doesn't specify which version of the song we should be
singing at the time -- the original Weather Girls version or the cover by
Geri Halliwell.
