"Immediately following next launch, set heading, then shoot at Wonko" 2. "At start of next nweek, shoot at Wonko some more." 3. "Land, load up gear, then launch." I did mis-read the rules, but the net result is the same. You landed (though not strictly necessary - see below), had stuff installed, and re-launched. Launches can only occur at the end of an nweek, so your shot (action 1) is for nweek 17.
