So what happens when a rule fails? The rule says that the actions listed
happen. Period. But they can't. Also period. Now what?

-Easy. The sixth paragraph WAS altered/repealed/whatever (Dave? What did I ask you to do? Do you know?), because there are an infinite number of paragraphs in any rule, but most don't say anything, and I figure out if whatever I was trying to do was important to try to do it again.-
