 Oh, I've produced (entirely for my own use, but...) a ps.gz file of
the rules - it's arranged for printing 4-up on A4 and producing into
booklets.  It's at http://www.ysolde.ucam.org/~jdamery/bnomic-nd8nw9.ps.gz

(PS - I haven't actually printed this off yet entirely - I'll try that
